The Bholaram RAG Group believes that only if you have control over all facets of the manufacturing process can you provide the best quality to the clients. Since its early days, the group has never been satisfied with what is achieved. It is what we would call ‘Divine discontent’. This has also led to the group finding ISI certification for all its companies, processes and products. The group manufactures products of international quality ranging from MS Billet to Reinforcement Bars. Every step of this manufacturing process is in-house, except for the raw material which is procured as scrap imports.

Under Ramesh and Anil Goenka, the group came up with a strategy to ensure quality. State-of-the-art machinery at a consolidated plant for seamless end-to-end production. This is managed hands-on by proven industry experts and an efficient quality control team to deliver the highest quality of steel. The proof lies in the long-term relationships with clients who love the quality of the group’s products. Rejection is extremely rare and in such rare cases, the group has been known to re-smelt and remanufacture entire batches of product.

As a supplier of products to companies across the world, the group’s facilities must be in proximity to transport hubs. The strategically located plant in Wada is close to various modes of transport – including air, sea and road. This allows the group to provide price efficiencies for export. Also, the plant is close to other industries, enabling efficient deliveries within the country.
